An unidentified stone house with two stone pillars supporting a deep verandah, with a group of unidentified people on the verandah. The house is situated on a hill, with a rocky area below, steps leading up to the house, and a number of deciduous trees around the house. A ladder is placed against the right-hand wall and there is a corrugated iron shed partially visible centre right. Photographed by Albert Percy Godber, possibly in the Silverstream, or Akatarawa area.
