Description

This cartoon features new Prime Minister Rob Muldoon at his desk. He has several reports on his desk and a 'Review of Appointments'. Leaning against his desk is a new broom. On the wall is a scoreboard on which are marked a 'Black List' and 'Goodies'. On the blacklist are the 'Citizens for Rowling' (including Exel, Jeffries, Neary and Harris) and the 'Clergy for Rowling'. Jeffries and Neary have crosses against them. The 'Goodies' include 'Rugby Men for Rob' (including Meads, Kirkpatrick, Batty and Williams), Bob Jones's 'Capital Club' and '100 for Muldoon' (including McKeefry, Jarden and Britten). Top of the rugby list is Colin Meads. Muldoon is on telephone to Colin Meads.

This is a bromide of the cartoon as it appeared in the Evening Post, not the original.

This cartoon is out of chronological sequence. It is with those of 1973.
