The butler says 'The papers, your highnesses, are calling it a true fairytale wedding'. Context - the wedding on 29 April 2011 of Prince William and Kate Middleton. The frog in the cartoon refers to the fairytale 'The frog prince' in which the frog resumes his human form when he is kissed.
