Shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, and Peter Dunne, Leader of United Future. Clark is carrying a broom and Dunne has a flash light. They are standing at the entrance of a dusty storeroom, containing an All Black cap, a tipare with a feather and a royal crown festooned with cobwebs. On a shelf is a large box labelled 'Supreme Court - NEW!' and beside this a tin of white paint. Refers to the establishment of the New Zealand Supreme Court which replaced the Privy Council as the final court of appeal for New Zealand.
