Description

A huge pile-up of cars and trucks, and traffic fumes, with a traffic policeman attempting to control their entrance from a bottleneck at the Mount Victoria traffic tunnel. A seven-lane highway narrows to two lanes at the entrance to the tunnel. A sign above the traffic explains that the scene represents the 'New motorway extension in 2001'
