- Description
Two scenes are depicted: in the first a cowboy with a whip shouts a warning through a loud-hailer while a second cowboy lifts the grid covering the stout box in which is contained, supposedly, a slavering mongrel; in the second frame the cage is open and out trots a rather mild-looking poodle with a Don Brash face, saying,"Michael Cullen talks baloney!" Refers to attempts to make Don Brash more aggressive in style.
