Tennis party in the grounds of Colonel William Charles Lyon's house in Hamilton. The Colonel is at extreme left (with left arm missing). Shows a group on a grass court, and the house to the right. A lawn roller is at right foreground. Photograph taken by Daniel Manders Beere, circa 1880s, before Colonel Lyon's death on 16 November 1887.
