A prospective tenant, carrying his suitcase labelled 'To Auckland' looks in dismay at a rabbit burrow, inhabited by a rabbit, which is signposted 'Luxury Basement Flat (Share Facilities)'. The landlord, smoking a large cigar, queries the man's expectations. Behind him is his luxury car.
