Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision is the audiovisual archive for Aotearoa New Zealand; its Wellington-based staff are located at the National Library Building in Wellington.
10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday | 9am to 1pm, Saturday | Level one
Ngā Taonga services
Most services previously available at Taranaki Street will be available at the National Library building on Molesworth Street. Members of the public will be able to:
- search the Archive’s online catalogue
- view and listen to material available online, and
- view additional content in the Medianet collection on monitors situated in the National Library’s public Reading Room.
Viewing material on disc or tape by appointment
Viewing material on disc or tape is by appointment in the National Library’s Katherine Mansfield Reading Room from 10am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
