Lisburn House (Dunedin, N.Z.)

Private Dunedin residence in Lisburn Avenue, Caversham, Dunedin, distinctive for its polychrome brick facade and its high gables. Built in 1865 as a townhouse for James Fulton (1830-1891) who farmed on the Taieri Plain. Architects were William Mason (1810-1897) and William Henry Clayton (1823-1877).
