Kensington House (Christchurch, N.Z.)

Art deco building located at 183-187 Manchester Street, Christchurch. One of the first steel framed buildings constructed in Christchurch. Designed in 1928 as a four level building, construction was completed in 1930 at two levels due to the Depression. Damaged in the 2011 quakes.
