Description: Shows a coastal settlement in a bay on Fiji in 1876, with vegetation, buildings, village life. A bonfire is burning on the beach, and people are involved in fishing. A British flag flies on a pole near a jetty, and several dwellings and buildings arranged along the shore, amongst tropical palms and other vegetation, which extends up the steep hill behind the settlement.
