It lists New Zealand's attractions and rich natural resources. Listed are the resolutions adopted by members of the company at a meeting chaired by Lord Petre, at Messrs Wright's banking-house, Covent Garden, on 29 August 1838. The script is enclosed by an ornate border, and includes the signatures of the company's two directors and secretary. Title supplied by Library. Arthur Low was the donor's paternal grandfather.
