Description: Billboard poster advertising an issue of the periodical "New Zealand greyhound world" shows a masthead with the title and a running greyhound with a 4 on its jacket. The wording announces the first time that one could place off-course bets on the TAB for greyhound racing. Approval for oncourse betting was gained in 1971, and this came into effect in 1978.
