30 August 2021: Lending news update

The changes to our lending service for schools and kura take effect from today. We hope you’ll find it more flexible, and easier to use and manage your loan requests from the National Library.

Lending is suspended, but you can still send us term 4 requests

Due to COVID-19 alert level restrictions, our lending service is currently suspended. We look forward to fulfilling your loan requests and sending books to you when alert levels allow.

In the meantime, explore our new online dashboard, read our updated web pages, and place your term 4 requests. We’ll hold your request information in our database until we can process requests again.

For an introduction to the new dashboard, join our webinar at 2pm 6 September.
