Stereoscopic print titled 'Milford Sound starvation'. Taken in February 1882 by Alfred Burton. Shows two men posed on a rocky shore, one sitting and the other standing. They respectively hold an empty pot and an empty bottle. Other empty containers on the shore include a barrel, a sack, and a box. A dog appears on the far right of the right-hand frame. The photographer's number from the negative is 256.
