Shows Prime Minister John Key dressed as a toreador waving a red flag bearing the words 'Tax cuts' in his right hand and holding a sword bearing the words '15% GST' in his left. Key says 'Ideology aside, I'm not entirely averse to a red flag...' Refers to the news that GST is likely to be raised from 12.5% to 15% in order to fund the tax cuts promised for the May budget. Toreadors use a red flag to provoke the bull and the red flag is regarded as symbolic of left-wing politics.
