Photographic prints of Māori carvings, kōwhaiwhai, and other Māori and Pacific objects. Includes images of waka huia (Māori treasure boxes), some of which are from the British Museum; and one of which was taken by Brian Turner of a waka huia from the Dominion Museum collection. One of the waka huia images also had a note stuck to it saying "waka huia introduction" and "plumes worn by humans". Also includes images of two Trobriand war-shields, from the Trobriand Islands, Papua New Guinea. One of the images of kōwhaiwhai says that it is from Rangitiki Marae, Matata, circa 1974 (taken by Gordon Walters).
