Description

Norman Kirk is on a throne with a crown on his head up to his neck in water labelled "prices". Robert Muldoon and Jack Marshall sit under a beach umbrella on the shore. Skinner, Hugh Watt, Bill Rowling, and Arthur Faulkner watch. Watt holds a lifesaver. The caption reads ""I am not going to sit here and say that prices are not increasing because they are, but I can say that we are very concerned about it" - Mr Kirk".
