All frames were taken in the Willis Street area of Wellington. Frames 2, 11 and 12 show scaffolding on a building, possibly above an ANZ branch. Frames 4 to 9 show people on the pavement in a queue. A policeman is seen in frame 3. The shop Lands [for Bags] is seen next to the building with scaffolding in frames 1 & 11; a sign on the window is partially visible and reads "All stock devalued. To clear ... Election ...]. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
