- Description
All frames show a parade of horses, including draught horses, various horse-drawn carriages and carts, and individual riders in full equestrian attire, all coming along Main Street towards the camera from Greytown. A small church is seen on the left on the corner of Kuratawhiti Street and Main Street in frames 7 to 9. A young woman on a horse in frame 9 is wearing a wreath of feathers around her hat. A man and woman are watching the parade from the verandah of their cottage. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
