Four drawings on one page. Top left, two reclining Maori, draped in cloaks. Top right, 'Hau ripu. No. 48' names a half-length portrait of a young Maori woman draped in a fringed cloak. 'Mungakino on the road to Taupo' shows a river or swamp with a hill in the background. [Maori procession] is a group of gesturing people
