Description

Ferocious dancing bear labelled "deficit" finishes eating bone and licks its lips. Playing an accordion, Finance Minister Bill English asks the bear if it has seen the "cute little surplus that was here a second ago". Refers to recent Treasury report that its August forecast for a government surplus was now more likely to be a much larger deficit (see editorial in Dominion Post, 18 Dec 2014).
