Description

Cartoon shows Prime Minister John Key and Finance Minister Bill English driving a blue car representing the National Party through an enormous mound of mud, where it has gotten stuck. Key holds up chains labelled, 'tax cuts', and says, "Might have to consider these... we need traction!" Cartoon references Nicky Hager's book, Dirty Politics.
