A view of the Deep Stream, Otago. The Lammerlaw Range rises up dramatically around the stream as it flows over rocks towards the Taieri River
Attached to the back is a letter of authentication by the Curator of the Hocken Library Picture Collection, GH Brown, to the watercolour's then owner, Mr CP McCool, of Palmerston North, dated 15 June 1971
