Description

Cartoon depicts Syrian President Bashar al-Assad wearing a gas mask. His henchman tells him that they are "stuffed" as the United States and Russia have unleashed a deadly weapon - diplomacy. Accompanying note from the cartoonist states "John Kerry and Sergei Lavrov are showing why Diplomacy should be part of every respectable arsenal. Not sure what Syria thinks of the agreement that Syria should destroy all of its chemical weapons by mid-2014...".
