Hawkey, Allan Charles, 1941- :Kiribati. 9 September 2013
Under a quote by the Kiribati President that 'A floating island off Kiribati could house 30,000 climate refugees' a man strikes water with his spade on a floating island and says "Help - I need a very large plug". Refers to reported claims by Kiribati President Anote Tong that plans for a $2 billion floating island off Kiribati are gaining traction. Kiribati is projected to be one of the countries most badly affected by climate change with some reports suggesting it could be uninhabitable by 2030.
