- Description
Shows North Korean leader Kim Jong-un as a small child with coloured crayons that he has used to outline his military strategy. The child-like crayon drawings indicate that he has plans to bomb the United States. The heading 'North Korea's War Strategy Explained' in conjunction with Jong-un's challenging call for questions refers to suggestions in the media that the leader is acting in an increasingly aggressive manner towards the West and is refusing to cooperate with a number of country's who are asking questions around North Korea's nuclear weapons programme.
Jeff Bell was a runner-up in the New Zealand Cartoon Archive and the Listener's Young Cartoonist Competition in 2013.
