Two Zimbabwe citizens discuss the re-election of Mugabe, despite him being 89 years old and with 33 years of failure as president of Zimbabwe behind him. But its amazing what some vote-rigging will accomplish.
Accompanying note from cartoonist states: 'Poor Zimbabwe ripped off yet again. Cartoon shows two Zimbabweans discussing the much-disputed election of Robert Mugabe as President.'
On 31 July 2013 Robert Mugabe was re-elected president of Zimbabwe despite his age. It was generally believed that extensive vote-rigging and other electoral fraud was used to ensure his victory.
