Shows a closed door with a sign reading 'DCC Public Artworks Selection Panel' and a 'Meeting do not disturb' sign on the handle. Three guide dogs sit waiting outside. Refers to criticism of the process the Dunedin City Council uses to select publically funded art works. Context includes criticism from some Dunedin sculptors over the process used to select a commemorative work for the Dunedin Botanic Garden's 150th year. The Council selected a work by Christchurch-based artist Julia Morison.
