Former French Prime Minister and current Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius is shown in a wetsuit and scuba gear about to plant a bomb on the bottom of a boat labelled "Assad". Relates to French Foreign policy toward Syria, and also refers to the bombing of the Rainbow Warrior in New Zealand in 1985, while Fabius was Prime Minister.
