'The Politician' cartoon strip depicts the Minister for Upper Creek asking Jim whether the party has a "wet wing". JIm doesn't think so, but says it has a 'few drips". Refers to leaked strategy paper by National Party advisor Simon Lusk outlining his plans to reform the National Party into a more right wing political party and ensure MPs obeyed the wishes of donors to the party (see New Zealand Herald 1 June 2013).
