Shows two figures labelled, Labour and Greens, standing outside covered in snow. A gust of snowy wind labelled, National, blasts them with snow. Text reads, 'POLLar blast!' Refers to cold winter weather in the South Island of New Zealand, as well as recent poll which showed National gaining favour following the release of the 2013 budget.
