BP Oil New Zealand Ltd

The British Petroleum Company of New Zealand was established in 1946. It was 51% owned by the New Zealand Government, and 49% by Anglo-Iranian Oil. In 1955 the New Zealand Goverment sold their shares in BP to the company, and in 1957 the name was changed to BP New Zealand Limited.
