Programme card shows illustrations of musicians in flares and psychelically coloured clothing. One is a vocalist, and the others play guitar, drums and keyboard. The verso lists the awards: APRA Silver Scroll, SPRA Trophy, NZFPI Producer's Award, Loxene Group Award, Loxene Soloist Award and Loxene Golden Disc Award.
