Depicts Afghani President Hamid Karzai telling CIA men who are wheeling in suitcases of money that none of the millions goes to him, instead it goes to his family. Refers to the regular cash payments given to Karzai by the CIA and MI6 spy agencies. Karzai has said his National Security Council received small amounts of money from the United States government for the last ten years and it was used for various purposes such as helping the wounded (see The Guardian 30 April 2013).
