[New Zealand Government] :Did YOU start all this? You don't know into whose hands your letter may fall or how far your information may go. You must be more than cautious of what you write in a letter. Remember you are a soldier. And you are the one who will get it "in the neck" first, if the enemy hears something useful. E V Paul, Government Printer, Wellington [1940s]

Description

Poster shows a large red question mark with an explosion at the bottom. On the question mark are scenes showing a soldier writing a letter to his father, letting slip information about troop movements, and indicates how this information may spread during social interactions. Text emphasises that just because someone speaks English does not mean that he or she is a patriotic Britisher. At the tail of the question mark is the face of a Nazi soldier.
