Poster shows a monochrome blue couple in Victorian dress in the left foreground looking further into the scene at a modern car, train, steamship and tall city buildings, while an aeroplane flies overhead and two radio transmitter masts stand atop a distant hill. From top left to lower right a string of coloured signal flags spells out the letters W E L C O M E A L L.
Artist is probably Leonard Cornwall Mitchell; see similar signed image reproduced in "Selling the dream" (2012), page 363.
