A man cowers behind a chair holding the remote control for the television, and covering his eyes. His wife lies on a sofa and asks why he's even bothering to check the score. A newspaper on the floor reads 'NZ Black Caps v Sth Africa'. Context: New Zealand scored their lowest test score since 1955 in the game against South Africa, scoring only 45 in 19.2 overs. By the end of the first test, they trailed by 207. (Stuff.co.nz, 3/1/13)
