On left of frame is a memorial cross and flowers for the Aurora shootings. Context: On July 20 2012, there was a mass shooting at a Century movie theater, Aurora, Colorado, during a midnight screening of the film 'The Dark Knight Rises'. A gunman set off tear gas grenades and shot into the audience with multiple firearms, killing 12 people and injuring 58 others. 'The Dark Knight' film is part of the Batman film series.
