Context: Refers to the 'cup of tea' that John Key had with John Banks as a publicity stunt to show the PM's support of John Banks' running for the Epsom bye-election. The event was widely publicised and the media were invited. The content of the chat, which was not intended to be public, was recorded by the media. John Key has complained to the police.
