Description

Two boys come into the house with their boogy boards; they are covered in oil. Their mother who is reading a newspaper that carries the headline 'Ship on rocks' says without looking up 'Any sign of oil on the rocks boys?' Context: refers to the 'Rena' disaster. The container ship 'Rena' is breaking up on the Astrolabe reef off the coast of Tauranga and is spilling oil, threatening coastlines and killing seabirds.
