Print proof for a panel of the "Star Twinkles" comic strip in the Auckland star. The date may be around 1920-1935.
The panel shows a group of four children, one of whom asks to have a turn at flying another boy's kite. The boy asking for the loan asserts that he has been "champeen" [champion] of Freeman's Bay for years. The kite's owner says he can't lend the kite, for fear of being strapped.
