Description

Men crosscutting a log, in 1933 or 1934, probably on Freddy Holder's property in the Northland Region. The log was felled to make extensions to an Anglican church at Kaitaia (St Saviour's?). From left to right: Bob Mumby, Freddy Holder, Eric Matthews, Len Phillips (on log), Alleyne Holder, Reverend Blackwood Moore. Photograph taken by the Northwood brothers.
