- Description
Shows Prime Minister John Key offering Lockwood Smith the post of Parliament's Speaker. Lockwood Smith is flattered to hear that John Key thinks that his small brain and ability to operate a toilet will make him a good candidate. Nearby is a newspaper with a headline reporting Lockwood Smith as saying that the small hands of Asians made them more productive but that Pacific Islanders needed instruction in the use of a toilet. In fact Lockwood Smith did make a statement similar to this in relation to grape harvesting.
