Vehicles and drivers of the Motor Transport Section at Grey Towers, the New Zealand Convalescent Hospital in Hornchurch, England, during World War I. Three of the vehicles are ambulances with red crosses painted on the sides along with the words New Zealand Expeditionary Force. The ambulances have women drivers.
