Description

A man lying in a very deep bath asks a surveyer who happens to be standing nearby holding a measuring stick whether the coastal route is still a possibility. Refers to the fact that new homes (and this man is in one of them) have been built on the Whenua Tapu to McKays crossing route at Pukerua Bay, making it difficult for the bypass to go ahead if the Government were to change its mind on the northern transport corridor out of Wellington and ditches the Transmission Gully option.
