Cadastral map of the township of Waitotara, 1877, showing the Waitotara River, the streets: Murray, Russell, Karaka, Kaipo, Kells, Morrison, Vogel, the road from Te Ihupuku, the railway station, the bridge to Wanganui and the Kaipo Road to Waverly and Carlyle.
Sections depict their number and acreage. Annotations on the map include police, post office, butchery, store, boarding house; others are indecipherable. A plan of a large building is sketched across sections 123-127 and overlap into Murray Street.
