Blueprint plan for "K" 900, a K class steam locomotive, 4-8-4 type. This image is a film negative photographed from diagram in Godber Album Vol 108, p 92 (PA1-q-101), by Albert Percy Godber.
"K" 900 was built in 1932 (maker's no. 277/32) by New Zealand Railways, Hutt Workshops, and was preserved after being written off in 1964. See "Register of New Zealand Railways steam locomotives, 1863-1971" by W G Lloyd, and "Cavalcade of New Zealand locomotives" by A N Palmer and W W Stewart.
