Description
An American Uncle Sam opens the door to a sphinx with Egypt's President Mubarak in its mouth. Context - the popular uprising against Mubarak which after 18 days caused him to flee. The United States did appear to be supporting the revolutionaries but has for decades helped prop up the dictatorship with aid in order to maintain stability in the region. Uncle Sam is probably somewhat disconcerted. Both colour and black and white versions of this cartoon are available Quantity: 2 digital cartoon(s).
